Fashion Rynok. Since August 2020 I have been the CEO of a buyer company: we purchase goods at Dordoi Market and ship them to customers on request. About 150 people work at the company, and about 50 of them use the CRM system we built specifically for our processes.
Uluksoft. In 2022 I founded an IT company. We build websites and marketplaces, mobile apps and CRM systems, and also take on LMS and ERP projects for client needs. In 2024 we delivered about 15 commercial projects, and in 2026 we built three separate CRM systems for different business models.
My role in projects. I analyze the client's business task, write requirements, assign tasks to the development team, control deadlines and quality, and lead negotiations. I know HTML and CSS myself; for PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Python and Flutter I understand the principles, enough to work with a team and evaluate technical decisions. I also run contextual and targeted advertising.
